Our feasibility assessment combines a detailed analysis that considers all of the critical aspects of your proposed project to determine the likelihood of its success. This analysis is presented in a simple report and is used to determine the risk assessment and the emergency response plans.
On-set safety supervisors
As part of our risk management service, you can also hire an on-set safety supervisor. This is an experienced and trained professional who manages safety on your set in real-time. We understand that safety is dynamic. Your on-set safety supervisor works with you to achieve your goals while taking a balanced approach to safety.
Risk assessment & controls
There are four steps to managing risk.
These are:Identifying and assessing risk is a major part of the overall process used to control the risks associated with your project. These risks are assigned an overall risk rating to determine the level of intervention required and the technicality of the control. Controls will be described to reduce the level (or likelihood) of the risk prior to a reassessment.
